Roles and Responsibilities as Creative Head, 2015-2018:

  • Website Design and Social Media Strategy.

  • Launching and Rebranding new Product Category- Pep Up!

  • Launching the product category- Activewear.

  • Active participation in all business development decision keeping them in sync with the creatives.

  • All creative decisions in terms of packaging, branding and promotions.

Roles and Responsibilities as Head Designer, 2014-2015:

  • Fashion and color forecasting based on the market and trend research.

  • Designing & developing new collections of Lingerie and Nightwear for every season.

  • Spec sheet and tech pack development.

  • Ensuring correct fit and grading of patterns as per Indian market requirement.

  • Sourcing and vendor development.

  • Product photoshoot coordination and styling.
