Roles and Responsibilities as Head Designer, 2014-2015:

Fashion and color forecasting based on the market and trend research.

Designing & developing new collections of Lingerie and Nightwear for every season.

Spec sheet and tech pack development.

Ensuring correct fit and grading of patterns as per Indian market requirement.

Sourcing and vendor development.

Product photoshoot coordination and styling.
